Unless otherwise stated, all orders are covered by a 30 day DOA warranty through us and a full manufacturers' warranty after 30 days. After 30 days, the warranty becomes the responsibility of the manufacturer and drives have to be returned to the manufacturer. Non-defective returns are accepted within 30 days but will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. Shipping, Handling, and Insurance fees are non-refundable. Please contact us for an RMA prior to returning any item. Please ship items back in original packaging if possible. Damaged items that were improperly packed may have its warranty voided. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Drives shipped via USPS will be refused and returned to sender. Shipping via UPS, Fedex, or DHL is REQUIRED to maintain your warranty with us.
We ship all new drives in approved drive shipping containers so we require all return shipments to be properly packed. If the original packaging is not available, please ensure that the drive is properly cushioned on every side by at least 2 inches. Failure to properly pack drive returns voids your warranty with us and we may refuse your drive.

Effective 01 February 2008, all returns snd shipments will require an RMA (Return Merchandise Autorization) or WOA (Work Order Authorization). We have downsized from our old location and no packages will be accepted there. Authorization is required for all shipments. Shipments without RMAs or WOAs will be refused. We are not responsible for shipments sent to our previous locatin.
