If you did not get to the credit card number entry screen and was sent directly here, it may have been blocked by a Pop-Up blocker.  Please turn off the blocker temporarily and try again.

Successful orders will receive 2 confirmation e-mails: Order Confirmation and Receipt from ReplayTV.us for Credit Card Orders.  Order confirmation and Paypal payment notification for Paypal Orders.  The Order Confirmation e-mail is sent to all orders that enter checkout and complete a shopping cart with S&H&I and State Sales Tax.  If you do not receive a second e-mail, your order did not successfully complete payment information and will automatically voided.  The order confirmation e-mail can be used to fill out the fax credit card order form downloadable from our web site.

The confirmation e-mail is sent by our shopping cart processor and is NOT a receipt for the order.  The receipt e-mail is sent by Paypal or Linkpoint, our credit card processor.  This second e-mail confirms the transaction of your order.

Your credit card receipt confirms authorization for us to charge your credit card when the order is shipped.  You will receive another e-mail confirming that the order is ready to ship.

We also require successful address verification service (AVS) matches for credit card billing address, billing zip code, and billing phone number as well as the CVV code on the credit card.  Authorizations that do not complete AVS successfully will be automatically voided.  We are doing our best to fight credit card fraud and we appreciate your understanding.
